EOCO recovers GH¢27.55 million in ten months – Finance Minister [Articles & Interventions News Feature]

As of the end of September 2022, the Economiceand Organized Crime Office (EOCO) has recovered GH27.55 million in criminal proceeds, Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta stated at last Thursday’s hearing on the 2023 Budget. The quantity that was collected during the course of ten months is nearly twice as much as what was seized throughout 2019 and 2021.
