Communiqué: National Multi-Stakeholder Advocacy Forum on ABFA and the Big Push Agenda

The Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition (GACC), with support from the Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP), convened a National Multi-Stakeholder Advocacy Forum to promote transparency and accountability in the use of petroleum revenues under the Annual Budget Funding Amount (ABFA), particularly in relation to the Government’s “Big Push” agenda.

The forum brought together key stakeholders to discuss findings from the monitoring of ABFA-funded projects across selected districts and identify practical measures to strengthen planning, coordination, transparency, and accountability.

As an outcome of the engagement, a communiqué was developed, capturing key recommendations and agreed actions to improve the utilisation of petroleum revenues and enhance value for money in infrastructure delivery.
