The NPP will ensure transparency by establishing a transaction price database, which will be periodically reviewed to conform to market trends

The PPA started this even before the NPP came to power and it has continued since.

Public procurement reforms to minimise sole sourcing and value for money

There are instances of single source procurement although government claims a reduction and some savings
